About the room

This is a bedroom of a 3bed/2bath apartment in South Asheville. The bathroom will be shared with one other roommate. It also features a large walk in closet. All of the furniture in the bedroom/bathroom/closet will be gone by the move in date.

The apartment has a dishwasher and washer/dryer in unit. It is very spacious with a patio on the top floor. The complex has two pools, two gyms, three dog parks, and a tennis/pickleball court.

The rent includes everything but internet and electric. We split the rent 30/30/40 with the master bedroom paying 40% of rent, but utilities are split evenly.

I also have the master bedroom available with a private bath available for $880/month

About the roomies

I am Josh (29m) and I am friendly and laid back. I keep my spaces clean and quiet for the most part but I also like to socialize. I enjoy movies, music, board games, and skateboarding. I currently have a work from home job.

I have 2 bunnies that I keep with me in my room (free roam). They are litter trained and don’t leave my room.
