I am a 19 year old girl looking for a roommate in Appleton, Wisconsin. I am a very respectful and responsible person, I can be quiet and kept to myself or I can be social depending on your vibe. It would be nice to be friends with my roommate however I understand not everybody is interested in that. The bedroom I am looking to fill has a pretty big closet and a bathroom attached. The monthly rent is $1,229, internet is $50, and electrical can vary but it usually around $50. You can expect your half of monthly costs to be roughly $665. Due to past roommate experiences I would like a written agreement that we will both contribute to our half of the bills. We can communicate about an agreement that would be acceptable to the both of us. This is to protect myself from having another roommate who refuses to pay their share in rent. My only requirement in a roommate is clear communication and financial stability.

No roommates! I am currently trying to get somebodies name off of the lease but I am the only person moved in to the apartment and I am the only person with keys to the apartment. I have been in communication with my property manager and we are both actively trying to get my current roommates name off the lease and she is aware I am in search of a new roommate.
