Private, basic, standard, carpeted bedroom, with storm impact window, facing the street and lot. Room is 11 x 11. It is located upstairs on 2nd Floor.

Private bathroom is included, and accessed directly from inside the room.

This would be a roommate situation. The unit is occupied by one other, me.

The room is available immediately. It is a short-term rental. Open to one (1) month rental, but might be limited to two (2) or three (3) month duration. House is likely to be listed for sale. The new tenant will be asked to be flexible by aplowing access to the room for quick showings and maintenance.

Internet is case-by-case. Open to discussion, possibly be available of you have your own router, and ran your own Ethernet line. The Internet connection might be available, but not the Wi-Fi.

Washer and Dryer are included. They are located just outside the room. The laundry room is about five (5) outside the room.

Use of Kitchen is available. Though the refrigerator is currently not in operation. I normally eat out, but would be open to purchasing a mini-fridge for your use.

Bring your own bed, or I can provide a new firm air mattress, probably queen sizes, that would take one day to arrive following deposit. If you have never considered an air mattresses on a short-term basis, Amazon, Walmart and others offer very sturdy products, with much space. Some under $100.

As discussed above, the property is occupied by one other. I am a gay-male. I might have made a mistake in the listing by saying there was one bedroom. What I meant was that there was one bedroom available and the second bedroom is occupied by me. This is for a private room, not a shared one. Just to be clear. Seeking another male, preferably also gay, but open if the other is open-minded too.

As also outlined above, this rental is available immediately but is also short-term. I am open to it being for one month if you just need something transitional or are new to and/or exploring the town. Though it might be available for only two (2) or three (3) months, while it works its way through the selling process.
