About the room
Private bedroom on the second floor (middle of the apartment). Full bathroom attached – shower, sink, toilet. Hardwood floors, no carpet. No closet, but plenty of space for a wardrobe or dresser.
The room has high ceilings, recessed lighting, a window, and is newly painted. Stays cool in summer, warm in winter – the air and heat work great.
Washer/dryer in unit (shared with the other two roommates). Shared kitchen with fridge, stove, and dining table.
It’s an average-sized room but feels open because of the tall ceilings and good light.
About the roomies
I’m a 39-year-old neurodivergent female, full-time online college student. I work from home in a legal, adult-oriented field – fully private and quiet. I prioritize peace above everything: no drama, no noise, no chaos. I mostly stay in my room gaming, making content, or working. Routine and structure are essential for me.
My roommate Sue is 44, female. She just got a job as a tech in a rehab and keeps to herself. We’re both very calm, low-key people.
We are an LGBTQ+ friendly household (I’m demisexual). We’re open-minded and looking for someone equally open-minded, calm, and respectful of a quiet, predictable home. We can’t have someone who is constantly coming and going all day – that would disrupt the peace.
If you also need a low-stimulus, drama-free space where everyone minds their own business and communicates kindly, you’ll fit right in.
