Hello, I will not be staying in Bloomington this year and need someone to fill my spot! This place has a great yard with a fire pit, a sizeable basement with washer and dryer that works well (basement is unfinished) . The kitchen is fully operational, as well as plenty of room for a dinner table. Its location makes it extremely close to the campus, having a drive to the stadium take less than 5 minutes. There is a driveway to park cars, so there is off-street parking. Nearby is, Kirkwood, Football stadium, tailgate fields, bus stops, etc. This is a 12 month contract.
