About the room
The room can fit up to a kind sized bed and does not have a very large closet. I am in a very quiet neighborhood about 4-5 minutes from downtown Bay City. The house is fully furnished as I have lived here for about 4 years. There is a shed behind the house for additional storage. Landlords do snow removal in the winter and lawn care in the summer included in rent. We would split gas, wifi and electric. All else is included. Whomever I select will have to get a background check and approval from our landlords.
About the roomies
I am 29 currently living on my own and looking for a clean roommate to help split bills. I work a M-F 9 to 5 job. I have two very friendly cats and we are not allowed any additional animals.
