I am currently looking for someone to take over my lease renewal in a shared female-only apartment at The Wexler. The room is available and early move-in would be August 21st, base rent is $1,019 per month. An EV parking spot is included within the lease (if desired; is optional) for $175 per month (where parking at this complex is very limited!). The apartment is a 4BD/4BTH and is very close to CSUS. Lease takeover term would be from 8/21/26-7/31/27. Apartment contains: • In-Unit Washer & Dryer • All Utilities Included • Modern Living/Kitchen Area • Fully Furnished

This apartment has three other women living in it, who are all very quiet, respectful, and generally keep to themselves. Two of the women each have cats, and common living and kitchen spaces are kept organized and tidy!
