This private room with attached study/office/lounge area and balcony is situated in a gorgoues historic 1890 Victorian house by Kingston’s Roundout waterfront area. The house boasts a fenced-in backyard, large covered front porch, over-sized jacuzzi tub, dishwasher, washer and dryer and two really social loving and cuddly pups!

I am Amanda, the home owner, and a massage therapist who recently left corporate America to pursue my greater passion! My housemate Jen is an environmental advocate. We are smart, liberal, community-oriented folks who have very different schedules but enjoy catching up over a beer. We maintain a clean, organized but welcoming household.
