Shared kitchen, living, dining and bathroom areas. Roommates follow household chores schedule. Rent + utilities/person. One month security deposit required. This room does not have a built-in closet, instead there is an armoire as can be seen in the picture. Please no pets, no smoking and no overnight guest. Lease is for ONE YEAR.
