About the room
This house is in the best neighborhood in Tempe and I’ve rented it for 13 years, so the rent is cheap. The available bedroom is the master bedroom and it’s $570/month, which is already very low for this area. I’m hoping to find someone who doesn’t mind the worn out old carpet. If you’ll put up with that, I’ll rent it to you for $370/month. I want to replace it, but I’m about to leave for a 10-month internship and don’t have the time to do it before I leave. The house has a big backyard and living room, and we’re close to the Mill/University area. Utilities, including internet, are on average $100-130 per month.
About the roomies
There are two of us, in our late 20s/early 30s. I’ve lived here for 13 years, but I’ll be out of town for the next 10 months. So, you’ll really be living with one roommate. He’s a good guy, works a lot and keeps to himself. You’re welcome to come check the place out. I’ll have photos up soon.
