We are 5 min from the beach, gated community, community pool and hot tub accesible to all roommates, street parking is easy to find, we have a grill on our patio we all share, bathroom is shared with one other roommate, no lease, close to grocery stores, storage available, second floor

Going to be living with 3 people and 3 small dogs all potty trained. One couple (m and f) and one m that will be sharing the bathroom. Super nice and friendly neighbors.
