Hello everyone! We are renting out a room in our single family home. The room was originally a living room which we converted into a bedroom, so it’s pretty spacious. The room includes two decently sized closets with access to backyard. The room does not include a bathroom so it’s a shared bathroom with other people living in the home. The property is in a nice quiet neighborhood with lots of room to park vehicles and security fences that guard the surrounding of the home.

We are a single family who are very family oriented. We are not the kind to cause problems and will respect your own private space once moved in. We all do our own activities so sometimes the house is left alone or at least with one person in the home.
