Currently 2 roommates (1 male, 1 female). Looking for someone to move into the vacant room at the end of August when our current lease ends. The rent is 2,200 per month, which split between 3 people is 733.33. Utilities are all on us (except un-heated water/sewage and trash) and usually runs about 300 per month total, so 100 per person.
