I’m the landlord & only one who’ll live here w/you! I moved here in June 2024 from OC, loving the quiet desert, little traffic, clear night skies, mountain views but most of all, the turquoise pool & jacuzzi night views, best seen from your room! If you love to swim, it’s close and likely waiting for you or me, as it’s rarely used. I’m friendly, active, young at heart, with high energy & a positive spirit. I take long walks, bike, use rowing & tennis ball machines and sometimes swim. I have an early morning part-time job two days a week and primarily downstairs working remotely and used to my privacy, so if that’s important to you, we’’ll be compatible. Mission Hills CC is a captivating, picturesque oasis, with wide open spaces, huge trees, lakes filled with fish and birds, so a walk, run or bike ride could capture your desire to be with nature. One can walk to hiking trails, and even Sunnylands Center & Gardens to maintain mind & body strength w/outdoor yoga, mindfulness in art, gift shop and an outdoor boutique restaurant.
