Hello!

I am looking for a male roomate to take over my lease and room which will be available starting on July 10th 2026.

The apartment is a luxury 2B2B located (on 3rd floor) at the Elements San Jose apartments.

You will be taking over the room with the unattached bathroom. And will also get the garage parking (inc. no extra parking fee). And have a roomate (also male).

Monthly base rent is $1,675 /month (steal for SJ!!!). Please note: does not include utilities and internet, etc.

Amenities: Nice Pool and Spacious gym. Lounge area in case you want to host parties or take private work call. VTA station (AKA South Bay Area equivalent of Bart) in walking distance. VTA takes you to all the hot spots like SJ downtown , Japan town and etc.

Right across from apartments are fun places like the quaint pin ball machine arcade, grab some yummy cider at Hapa bar, or warm coffee at chromatic coffee (local SJ roast).

Also an 8 min walk from Willow Glen which always has some bustling activities. And great fitness classes.

Leasing office and Service department is pretty good about getting back within day if any services needed.
