There are no special house rules besides cleaning up after yourself and keeping the common areas clean, as you will have complete access to all the common areas, including the kitchen and living room. Use of washer & dryer. Smoking outside only. Great neighbors and the home is situated close to many grocery stores, gas stations, highways, and other amenities. The room is available and ready for immediate move-in.
