I live on the second floor with no one above me. The room has its own small bathroom and large walk in closet. Lots of natural light from windows throughout unit. In unit washing machine and dryer next to the other bedroom. Decent sized balcony. Living room is furnished with space for guests. Kitchen is smaller but has a dishwasher and lots of cabinet and pantry space.
