The apartment is clean, calm, and homey, with a comfortable shared living space, projector, electric piano, and fully equipped kitchen with cookware and everything you need for daily life. The room comes furnished with a bed, desk, and closet, so it’s easy to move in. The apartment is on the 3rd floor of a walk-up building. Laundry is available in the basement. The neighborhood is quiet and residential, but still very convenient. It’s close to coffee shops, grocery stores, and public transportation, with easy access to Williamsburg, Fort Greene, Downtown Brooklyn, and Manhattan. Great for a student, young professional, or someone looking for a peaceful and respectful home.

You would be sharing the apartment with respectful, clean, and friendly roommates. The home is calm and not a party apartment. I’m a student and also work as a tutor/teacher, so I really value a peaceful space where everyone can rest, study, and feel comfortable. I also have a small, sweet service dog named Bisou, so the person moving in should be comfortable around dogs. Looking for someone responsible, clean, communicative, and respectful of shared spaces.
