Hi, I’m looking to rent a room in my 4 bedrooms 2 bathrooms house. I currently have 2 tenants, which both have been with me for years. I’m living in Arlington, but I stop by the house at least once a month to take care of the lawn and check on the shared areas! Both of my tenants are college educated, quiet and highly respectful adults, with stable jobs! They keep the shared areas very clean. Tony is a man in his early 40’s, he likes to work on his motorcycle during his day off. He has also been friend of mine for 6 years already. He is a friend I trust, so I put him in charge of the house! Mirka is a young lady in her early 30’s. She likes to cook! They both get along! I’m looking for somebody with a stable job, clean and drama free. You are welcome to enjoy the living room, kitchen and dinning area! All I’m asking is rent on time on the first of each month, keep the shared areas clean at all time and be respectful to the tenants living there! What you need to know: I will run background check!
