I just bought my new house and its new construction so you’re never going to have issues with any appliances or bugs or whatever you may have had issues with in an apartment. My house is a smart house (ring doorbell, security cameras, wifi garage door opener etc).

Rent is flat and includes all bills. You dont have to worry about anything extra on top of the monthly rent.

The community comes equipped with two pools, tennis and basketball courts, a few lakes, dog park, play grounds, and lots of land to roam.

2020 House completed in April with a modern and granite look.

3 bedroom 2.5 bath 2 car garage with drive way and a side street that is a dead end so no traffic and plenty of space to park right next to my house.

Back of neighborhood so low traffic area with no neighbor behind the house so lots of privacy.

20 mins from DT austin (I work DT and make the commute daily).

I am a 30 yr old female with an adorable 13 yr old cocker spaniel. He is used to being an only fur child so while I am open to allowing tenants with dogs, it would be very case by case depending on how my dog gets along with sharing haha - hes super sweet just never had to share and may get too much anxiety.
