Hardwood floors, remodeled bath with double vanity, soaker tub, separate shower, attached garage access with remote for your car in quiet safe neighborhood with park and lighted sidewalk. Easy access to expressways. No smoking, no marijuana, no pets. All the kitchen cabinets and fridge storage will be divided in half. Room available August 7, 2026 thru June 15 2027.

I am a single christian woman (mid 20s) looking for a roommate who values cleanliness, communication, and safety. My parents own this rental home and my mom uses the main living areas once a week during the school year (when Tulsa Public Schools is in session) to teach english to female internationals as a ministry. Renter would need to keep the main living areas clean with me every week they teach english class. I work at a christian school as a teacher and will be out of the house during work hours. I attend Crossover Bible Church (member since 2022) and also attend a small group on Wednesdays. I like to occasionally host dinners/birthday celebrations about once a quarter. I’d love for this house to be a place of fellowship if you want to host game nights and events, just please communicate ahead of time. I enjoy to play board games, go on walks, and bake sourdough bread.
