Union on Bellevue is a cute little complex that’s right behind The Loft, which is the coolest indie movie theater in Tucson. It’s a few blocks from Himmel Park, the University of Arizona, and a boatload of cool restaurants, shops, etc. There’s a Whole Foods within walking distance, and pretty much anything else you’d need within a mile or two. The complex is also gated, so it feels more secure than others in the area.

The apartment itself is 2 bed, 1 bath, with a nice remodeled kitchen. Good AC with fixed costs. The available room is furnished with a bed and dresser that belong to the complex, so they can be easily removed if you’ve got your own stuff.
