I work full-time as a Costco manager and am away from the house most days, so this is a peaceful, low-traffic home. I’m looking for a responsible, employed roommate who values cleanliness, respect, and a quiet living environment.

The home is conveniently located near shopping, restaurants, parks, and major roads, with easy access around Eugene. Street parking is available as well as a private parking space exclusively for the tenant.

Month-to-month rental. Rent is $ 800 per month plus a share of utilities. Utilities can range from $150-$400 a month. Security deposit required. Employment verification, references, and a background check will be requested.

Single occupancy only. This would be a great fit for a working professional looking for a clean, respectful, and drama-free place to call home.
