About the property
Hi everyone,
I’m now looking for a roommate to move in to a bedroom of the house I rent starting July 1st! I mostly keep to myself when home, but open to being friends. MY kids will be there sometimes, mostly every other weekend! 8.5 yo is respectful and knows how to clean up after herself. Baby is 2 now and cute as a button!
The master bedroom is available for $1,000/mo plus $150 for utilities. There is a shared kitchen, living room and 1.5 baths. There is a big, big yard to enjoy with a fire pit and porch.
Also, there is a spot open on my pool membership. You will get to enjoy our local swim club for free, it is a mile or so away from the house.
