Room with private attached bathroom on the first floor in a 3-story townhome. Across the street from Costco and the one of best coffee places. Small townhome community with friendly neighbors who have all lived there for quite some time. Room has one window; it does face the street. Parking is outdoor assigned parking inside the community

I am solo female 41. I have cats and a super friendly dog (they mostly stay upstairs). Roommate must be ok with animals. Not looking to add more animals but willing to consider depending on animal compatibility. I’ve lived here for 10 years +. I am a straight-forward communicator and am very respectful of personal property and considerate of others such as not slamming doors. Have had plenty of roommate experiences to learn from.
