What’s yours: a whole bedroom, and a whole separate living room to basically make your own. Currently, they are unfurnished, and I’m going to furnish them with mid-tier furniture- nice, comfortable, and sturdy.
The bedroom and living room are not connected, and the living room is how we get outside, but it’s big- 11x20’.
Shared are the kitchen, full bath + 1/2 bath, and the front living room, but I suspect you’ll hang in yours. The outside has a good-sized yard, a covered and an uncovered deck.
The house is in the corner of a school yard, quiet as a mouse unless school is in session. Night and Summer are dead silent.
There are NW natives around the whole prop, a treager grill, and the house sits next to the school playground and the soccer field. 15 minutes to the top of Mt Tabor overlooking downtown, then 15 minutes back down, 30 minutes round trip.
Included are all expenses: Electric, Gas, Trash, Water, Internet 1Gb, but no cable.
Did I mention most of the time you’ll have the run of the place?
Basically, you’ll have the whole house during the week while I travel to Eastern Oregon for a 6- to 12-month project. Our shifts are 4x10 W-Sat or Sun-W. And I plan on overtiming an extra 2 days a month. 1-2 nights a month, my 16-year-old son might stay over when I’m here (likely not, though), and he will welcome him to come to his house anytime. Yet will make a courtesy call.
Zenith, my 5-year-old medium black mixed-breed pup, will either always come with me, stay here on occasion, or stay here all the time. I’m trying to figure it out.
My son is 16, and he’s been over to the house exactly 4 times since Christmas, even though he is always welcome. He’s an average, good teen, making him brain dumb, nice, sleepy, and forgetful.
Because the property is next to a K-8 school and has a minor on site, a background check will be required.
No tobacco smokers, and 420 outside please. Social drinkers only, please. That’s me, social at worst.
