About the room
I have a bedroom for rent in a beautifully furnished apartment that’s only a block from the Vegas Strip. This would be the perfect place for anyone who works on the strip but doesn’t have a car, because it’s so close to the strip that you can walk there in a few minutes.
Rent is $799 per month 1/3 of the bills and only a $200 deposit that’s refundable minus the last months bills. It’s a month to month lease and you can move out anytime as long as you give a written 30 day notice. If you’d prefer to have a 6 or 12 month lease just let me know.

About the roomies
There’s two males living in the apartment, one’s in his thirties and the other in his fourties’. Both work on the strip and they’re both very laid back. Neither one of us smoke🌲, but it’s fine if you do.
