About the room
Room for rent in my house Furnished, screen TV wifi inc. utilities included private bath. Must be a working person outside the house.prefer day time. Use of kitchen. I do have two cats a older one and a baby that’s a year old they both stay in their own room and their own area they are indoor cats and they do not bother my roommate. They keep to themselves. This is a gated community. No pets it’s for one person only. must pass a background check. No smoking. No loud music.
About the roomies
I am a female elderly. There is nobody else living in the house this would be a shared house for only myself and my renter and of course my two cats. Again they keep to themselves in their own area. If you don’t like cats this is not for you they are indoor . There is a full size bed in the room with a screen TV on the wall and a quiet gated community
