Looking for a roommate to sign the lease with me when the current one expires in August. Unit is a 3 bed 1 bath. My plan is to have one room be occupied by a roommate, one by me, and the third be some sort of hobby room. There’s a small kitchen, a small dining area attached to the kitchen, a living room, and the aforementioned bedrooms and bathroom.

There are laundry machines in the basement. There is enough parking space for a car behind the house. There are two other units in the house (upper floor and basement) so it is best to stay mindful of noise.

No smoking inside the house, and no pets. These two rules are set by the landlord, not me.

Rent does not include utilities or internet, we will split those.

Hi! I’m Isadore. I’m a trans guy, I work at a mortgage company, and I’m going to be studying at Oakland Community College this fall semester. My hobbies include music, learning languages, reading, crafting (I’ve been wanting to get into sewing for a while), visual art, and some others I’m probably forgetting.

I like to cook meals from home and meal prep for myself. I also consider myself a tidy person, so I don’t like dishes to be left in the sink overnight.

Ideally, I’d like to find a roommate who shares my interests so that we can both use the hobby room :D

I prefer not to live with people who regularly drink or smoke.
