The available room is in a charming, recently updated home with great natural light, in-unit laundry, a private backyard, and a private entrance. The house is fully furnished, so it’s ideal for someone who wants an easy move-in experience. The property also includes internet, a washer/dryer, and an outdoor space that’s perfect for relaxing or spending time.

I’m an incoming Assistant Professor at California State University, San Bernardino (CSUSB). I’m easygoing, respectful, clean, and generally keep a fairly quiet home environment. Outside of work, I enjoy hiking, fitness, exploring local coffee shops and restaurants, and spending time with my dog, Bomber, who is friendly and well-behaved. At the moment, I am the only person living in the property and am looking for one roommate to share the home. I’m hoping to find someone who is responsible, communicative, LGBTQ-friendly, and respectful of shared spaces. Graduate students, young professionals, postdocs, faculty, and working professionals are all welcome.
