Private room in a 2250 sqft house in a quiet neighborhood in southwest Bentonville. Can come unfurnished, furnished with bedframe (+$10/mo) or furnished with bedframe and mattress (+25/mo). I’ve not quite finished putting everything away post move in and the TV will be mounted soon so please excuse whatever is going on there in the living room right now. The bedrooms are on opposite sides of the living area, so there is a relative amount of privacy, however my home office and the laundry room are on the side of the house with your bedroom/bathroom.
Bathroom is the guest bathroom, but private otherwise. A desk can be placed on the other wall in my office space if you need it. (I have an extra table in my garage that can be paced there) Generally no pet policy as my cats are very territorial, but willing to give it a trial playdate to see if they can get along.

Just me living here with my 2 cats, 31 y/o male working at WMHO. I generally live an active lifestyle and try to spend as, much time as possible outside. I attend Saturday morning farmers markets religiously, and would be down for you to tag along. Bonus points if you’re a runner and want to run together.
