Master Bedroom with Private Bath Available in Dr. Phillips/Sand Lake Area. Looking for a roommate to share a beautiful 2-bedroom apartment in the highly desirable Dr. Phillips/Sand Lake area. I have lived in this community for several years and love it here. My current roommate is relocating out of state, and I am looking for someone to join the lease renewal beginning August 1, 2026 (possibly sooner, if needed). Base rent is $1275.

Room Details: Spacious master bedroom, Private en-suite bathroom, Walk-in closet, Unfurnished, 12-month lease term

Hi, my name is Beisy (pronounced BAY-see). I’m a salon owner and working professional who values a clean, respectful, and comfortable home environment.

I’ve been living in this wonderful community for several years and have shared my 2x2 apartment with different roommates over time since becoming an empty nester. It’s been a great experience, and my current roommate of two years is sadly relocating out of state for a new job opportunity so the master bedroom will become available soon.

I’ve learned that everyone has different lifestyles and routines, and what matters MOST to me is creating a positive, respectful, and clean living environment for both of us.

I don’t smoke or drink, and when I’m not working, I enjoy spending time with my adult children and friends.
