Looking for a roommate in Sherman Oaks! Move-in is July 1st (can be slightly earlier or later!!!)

Rent is $1300/month (utilities not included) for a private bedroom with a bathroom right next to your room—technically the guest bathroom, but I have my own en suite so it’s all yours most of the time. The apartment is a spacious first-floor unit (no stairs!) with a small private patio and access to a pool and gym. Laundry is on-site (not in-unit). There’s one shared parking spot, plus plenty of easy street parking.

Seeking a respectful and social roommate (ideally mid/late 20s) who enjoys a balanced home vibe — not a huge partier, but down for occasional game nights, dinners, and hanging out while still valuing cleanliness and personal space.

A little about me: I work part-time and am currently in grad school for my Master’s in Social Work. I have a cat and a super sweet service dog (a very cute poodle 🐶), so you’ll need to be pet-friendly!
