The room is unfurnished though pictures will show it furnished . Has a walk in closet and your own bathroom . Bills included , with WiFi and security system. We do have a community pool as well . 10 minutes from downtown and 10 minutes from the airport . Near many bus / train stations . Breweries and parks nearby as well

About the roomies

I work in the medical field , m-f 5 days a week . The roomie downstairs works in restaurant / night life so sleeps during the day but is discreet when coming home late at night . Mostly keeps to herself and likes to be in her own room.
