The room includes a walk-in closet and your own private bathroom and it’s on the 2nd floor of a 2/2.5 townhouse. You will have use of the garage for your car and it’s a gated community off Livingston Road just a few blocks south of Hwy 54. The address is considered Lutz and it’s very close to Land O Lakes and Wesley Chapel.

You will share the place with just me and I’m retired and stay busy with the gym and other activities. I’m looking for someone who has a job and/or goes to school and is reliable and responsible. It’s a quiet and peaceful place and looking for someone who respects that and also will keep their area clean.
