About the room

Main tenant (me) travels a lot so I typically spend time out of the house. Giving you full control of the living room TV :P

Your rent covers all utilities, high-speed internet, and premium streaming (Netflix, HBO Max, Crunchyroll, Hulu, etc.). I even stock the boring household essentials (toilet paper, dishwasher pods, cleaning supplies) so you never have to argue over whose turn it is to buy soap.

Everyone gets their own private en-suite bathroom. Shared access to the kitchen, laundry, and common areas.

Close to downtown Lewisville (5 min-walk), a straight shot to the airport and a nice neighborhood :)

About the roomies

For the time being it’s only me in the property, but I am looking to have 2 more roommates. I am 29 y/o, bought the property this year.

I have a lot of passions but primarily I play tennis, I am onto music (I have a guitar and debating if I should get a piano), I play video games sometimes and do a lot of activities outside of the house (yoga, ceramics, language exchange).

I do drink but it is primarily on the weekends, and I do not smoke (of any kind). I travel a lot for work during the weekdays so most of the times I am not at home.
