The property has a nice large living area and kitchen. The kitchen includes a sink, stove, oven, fridge and dishwasher. Washer and dryer are in the unit for laundry. Unfortunately there is no AC. There is a small fenced in backyard for the unit. The room has a slanted roof and feels a bit small, but in actuality has plenty of space (current resident has a full size bed, desk, and 3 small shelves/dressers in the room with floor space enough for a yoga mat and then some).

My reason for moving out has nothing to do with my roommates. They are all friendly and decently clean, and keep to their own spaces unless hanging out. All three roommates are friends. Events (with or without drinks) may be hosted occasionally, but there’s plenty of space to downstairs.
