Hi Everyone! Our names are Connor and Lindsey, and we are looking for a downstairs neighbor for a spacious one bedroom basement apartment in our house in Upper Georgetown/Glover Park! The move in would be August 1st. The apartment includes 5 closets (including a large walk-in closet!), a separate entrance, bedroom, living room, private bathroom/shower, and a kitchenette with a fridge. The house is in a great neighborhood (we know everyone on the block), walkable to 3 grocery stores and multiple bars and restaurants, there is a front and back yard, great deck with a grill, and free parking in our private garage and parking space. The house is an easy commute to AU, Georgetown, GW, SAIS, Dupont, downtown and many other places! We have a bus stop less than 100 feet from the house.

We are young professionals who have lived in the house for years. We are pretty quiet ourselves. We will respect your privacy, but are also down to chat and can introduce you to the neighborhood. The neighbors are very friendly and we have built a strong sense of community over the years.
