Hello! This is for a lease takeover :) I rent a room in a large, 8 bedroom, 2 bathroom house with fruit trees, a balcony, and nice shared spaces. It is located exactly 1 mile from the Lakeway Fred Meyer, and is about a 20-25 minutes walk from Whatcom Falls Park. It’s about a 5 minute walk from the bus stop :) It’s a super great neighborhood, and there is a 2 car garage as well as street parking and a neighborhood little gravel lot that can fit 5 cars. The house comes mostly furnished, minus the bedrooms. Most of the tables and couches and dishware are from previous tenants, so you are also more than welcome donate and replace with items you like more. The landlord will even let you paint your bedroom :) There will be more rooms available (Possibly all 8! Two rooms with private access are $1000 each), but mine is the only one with a view. I can see the movie theater and the Canadian Rockies! My room will be available July 1st, and the others should be available in August and September.
Most if not all of us on this lease cycle are ready to move on, but this has been a great transition space for all of us :)
