About the roomies

Owner (female) occupied, but I do spend many weekends away. I work full time. I love the beach, boating and all things water. Reading and binge watching silly tv shows.
There are no other occupants. My adult children come over for dinner occasionally. Looking for one female roommate with verified employment.
