📍 Woodford’s corner off Forest Ave. Walking distance to USM, Back Cove, Bird and CO.

Apartment details: -rent is $2,500 + electricity, heat and gas so we’ll be responsible for ~1,250+ each -landlord only allows one small pet, I already have a cat, so no additional pets allowed in the unit :( -street parking available and plenty! -it’s a 2nd floor apartment, owner occupies the 1st floor -will need to meet with landlord prior to signing on as well

A little bit about myself: I’m in my late 20s and work in healthcare. I’m still very cautious about covid and other airborne viruses and do what I can to protect my loved ones and patients as much as possible. I’m looking for a roommate who can be mindful and communicative about being sick- no need to mask or anything else. I have a sweet, shy tortie cat, her name is 4. I enjoy a nice, quiet space I can decompress in after work. And I love being out on hikes, the beach, a run when I can.
