Hi! My current roommate is moving out at the end of June, and I’m looking for someone to take over their room starting July 1.

2-bedroom, 2-bathroom apartment at Cameron Court (right off 495) Your bedroom: 13x12 ft, private bathroom, walk-in closet Located on the 4th floor with no one above Shared kitchen with gas stove, plenty of counter space, and cabinets Amenities include gated parking, small gym, and pool Lease runs through August 2027 Rent: $2,795/month.
