About the room
Very nice, safe property. 5 yrs old, gated. Lived here 4 yrs, no issues. Third floor, elevators, totally enclosed community with parks nearby. Restraunt, cleaners, bar, exercise room, very nice large pool with built-grills and flat screen TV’s, salon, all on site if interested….very quiet community. Rooms typically average over $2,100 month. I also have XFINITY cable and internet in the room. You will need your own bed, as the room is empty….the room is on the opposite side of the apartment….approx 1100 sq ft. Full size washer/dryer in my unit too.
About the roomies
I’m single, live alone. Have an adult daughter who lives on her own. I work remote from here, but Ibwill mind my own business. Work keeps me busy, then exercise does too, I slso cook often. I’m very easy-going, neat, clean, relaxed, and have a great sense of humour…no animals. I smoke BUT NEVER inside, only on my porch. I keep my place very clean.
