Many shops, restaurants and a Publix Supermarket, Bank of America, Chase Bank (and others). Walgreens and CVS are in walking distance. Located in the heart of Brickell, right in front of Mary Brickell Village and Brickell City Centre. Brickell Station (Metro Rail, Metro Mover & Metro Bus hubs are basically in front of property) with connecting trains for the Miami International Airport, North and South of the Miami-Dade County.

It is a 3 bedroom & 2 bathroom unit. No other people except myself living at this unit as of right now. Parking available (paid separated if needed at a discount rate). Central A/C with access to the kitchen, living room, free internet, etc. A second roommate could be allowed, at a different price/rate. No person is discriminated here.
