We’re excited to welcome a new member to our home, located in a quiet residential neighborhood in Glendora, and we think you might just be the perfect fit!

The Room ( App. 140 Square feet): Natural Light & Breeze: Enjoy the sunshine pouring in through the large window, complete with a stunning mountain view. Shared Bath: You will share the bathroom with a female housemate. Furnished with Love: Brand-new Sealy 13.5’’ full-size bed with a plush pillowtop mattress, a set of brand-new desk and a chair for those late-night study sessions (or Netflix binges), and a 71.4“ Tall Bookshelf with Drawers & Cabinet, 5-Tier Floor Standing Bookcase with Storage Doors for your essentials. Huge Closet: From wall to wall, you’ll have plenty of space for your wardrobe.

The House: Kitchen & Dining: Enjoy full access to our completely upgraded kitchen with brand-new appliances and a dining area. Relaxation Stations: Unwind in our cozy living room or step outside into our lovely front yard and backyard for some fresh air.

Location, Location, Location: Within walking distance to Azusa Pacific University, Citrus College, Metro Rail System, fitness, restaurants, and grocery shopping areas. Only 1 minute from the 210 freeway. It’s also conveniently close to the University of La Verne (7 miles), Cal Poly Pomona (8 miles), and the Claremont Colleges (11 miles).

The Details: Utilities Included: Electricity, water, gas, and 1G internet. Security Alarm: Installed a security alarm to ensure our safety Laundry: on-site Lease Terms: Available on Aug 1st with a 12-month lease, followed by month-to-month. Cancellation notice is 30 days. The security deposit: $1,100. A background check, credit report, and proof of income are required.

Room for One: No smoking, partying, overnight guests, or pets. This cozy space is perfect for a single person looking for a peaceful retreat. Prefer mature female students and professionals, quiet, clean, and responsible.
