am looking to rent out my spare room, roommate. Females only, would be open to another mom, traveling nurse etc. Short or longer term! It’s fully furnished yet very simple for right now. You would have a private bedroom, full private bath and your own walk in closet, full access to the kitchen, living room and patio as well as in unit washer and dryer as you need! We also have a pool and gym that is free to use as well! WiFi and electric included. Absolutely no pets or smoking

I am a single mother to a 3 year old however we are both very chill, laid back and pretty quiet. My kiddo has her normal toddler moments but overall we are mostly home to have dinner, shower and sleep and stay gone most of the day which maybe one day a week we may stay home mor to just chill usually Sundays.
