This is a 2 bedroom 2 bathroom apartment. My current roommate is leaving so I need to find a new one to take her room. Rent will be approximately around 1450-1480 depending on the renewal price that the apartment complex offers (it changes based on when we sign the renewal). The communal areas are already half funished since I own half the furniture. It’s right next to the 5 freeway off of Jeffrey.

I’m very chill and mostly don’t mind what kind of roommate you are as long as the place is clean. I consider myself clean and mostly quiet. But again- I don’t mind if you’re the loud or party type, I only ask that you’re clean. I will sometimes invite my friends over.
