🗓️ Monthly rent: $700 with all utilities included. A $50 deposit to hold the bedroom for the first come, first serve basis.
Please, keep the bedroom clean as it was when you first moved in! No first or last month rent required. No lease contract. It’s month to month only and you can move out anytime with a 30 day advance notice.

Looking for a responsible and clean single female or LGTBQZ from the ages of 21-60 years old, nothing over.
These are just some of the house Rules and Regulations- No couples. No divorce or single female or LGTBQZ with kids. Absolutely no visitors. No overnight sleepovers. No smoking or vaping, no drug use, no drinking of any alcohol or beer inside the house or outside the property. No varieties of pets allowed. No troublemakers or attempting to create problems. No pigsty. No hoarders. Have respect to the house and clean up yourself.
We like to live clean, peacefully and happily without any issues in the house. FYI: If any of the house Rules and Regulations are violated, you will be EVICTED immediately! If you don’t like the Rules and Regulations of the house, please move on to the next place for you to rent!

The house has 3 bedrooms with 2 bathrooms. It’s located at the Upper Westside that border the city of Carson and Long Beach near 710 and 405 freeway. It’s in a quiet and safe residential neighborhood.
The bedroom has a spacious walk-in closet. Has new paint. It is furnished with a mid size fridge, microwave, bed, and study table with chair. No kitchen use, hence the low monthly rent. You can also bring your own Rice Cooker, and Water Warmer/Boiler or small electrical appliances. DO NOT USE any kind of gas appliances! If you have your own bed, table, chair, fridge and microwave, then I’ll remove mine.
🚈🚙 If you do drive or take public transportation, there’s plenty of parking on the street or in front of the house. The public transportation is also nearby.
🍜🍽️🏙️🎡🏖️ It’s walking distance to nearby shopping centers, eateries and laundries. Just 3-5 minutes drive to downtown Long Beach, Queen Mary, The Pike, Shoreline Village, Long Beach Convention Center, Aquarium of the Pacific and the surrounding beaches. About 8-12 minutes drive to Gardena and Torrance area. About 15-20 minutes drive to Orange County.
For your safety and peace of mind, the outside property of the house has 24 hour security cameras that are via link to the Police department.

About the roomies
There are 2 other ladies renting the other rooms, one lady is in her 60’s and the second lady in her 40’s. They are very quiet and working people.
