I have a basement bedroom with individual bath and walk-in closet available immediately. I have no other roommates and no pets. Its located just off of Peterson and constitution so easy access to the Peterson and Schriever bases. You would have access to my fairly stocked kitchen, washer and dryer, driveway, and (in my professional opinion) sick ass basement. The basement has a 85“ TV with couch and loveseat, pool/ping pong table, 6’ boardgame table, and a load of board games. Rent will cover all utilities.

I’m Dallas, Im 32, I work as a Field Service engineer. I travel often but usually only during week days.
