Just moved to a new apartment very close to the Kingston Rhinecliff Bridge and the Rhinecliff Amtrak Station. Also very close to both City Of Kingston, Saugerties Village and the Route 9W shopping i.e Walmart, Shoprite, Hannaford, Adams, etc. To be clear **this is only a large living room and not a separate room.**Ideally for say someone from out of town working or attending say Grad School, Hospital or College/Education Field for a few nights a week with a portable bed. Must be comfortable sharing a bathroom. Thus reason for the low price.
***Preferably a Single Female Working Professional or Grad Student Ages 30 and up, Non Smoker especially NO illegal drugs of any form. **Also a strong plus is someone that is from say out of town (ie Metro NYC/New Jersey) for only a few nights a week at an area hospital or School/College. Thus only needs the Large Living room big enough for a portable bed. Pricing to be discussed. Parking for 1 other car or smaller SUV. No rush to pick someone as a written agreement also needs to be signed.
